Here are 5 tools to help you on your way to becoming a more productive blogger in 2017.
Sometimes one just takes too much time doing one task which ends up wasting a lot of precious time. With EggTimer you can set up a time frame for each specific task to maximise your productivity. Every time your time runs out, the alarm goes off reminding you it’s time to switch to another task.
This is an online timer that lets you put details of the task ahead then start the timer. Once done, hit stop and every detail will be stored for future reference. This is a good tool when working in teams. It is free for basic features but it will cost you more for all the bells and whistles.
A good place to have all your files organised. You no longer have to spend hours looking for important documents. Store them all on DropBox and access them anywhere anytime no matter the device used. DropBox also makes it easy for you to share these documents whenever needed.
Trello allows you to create boards for various tasks ahead. You can also add small cards for a detailed description for each task e.g. due dates. It has a free service for all basic features.
If you like making to-do lists, you will love TeuxDeux. The idea was to build a bare-bones, but visually compelling and highly usable to-do app.
