If you had to spend 48-HRS in Toulouse, what would you like to do, see and eat? Would you focus your time on the significant historical parts of the city? How about spend your time seeing why this city is so popular or spend it indulging in local delicacies? Toulouse is the fourth largest city in France but visiting it, you wouldn’t think much of it as a city. As our taxis driver said, the locals consider Toulouse to be a large village with a feel of the city. Every day except Monday’s most streets leading into the city have market stalls. Selling everything from fresh pick of your favourite botanical to the freshest fruits.  The original plan was to spend 48-HRS in Toulouse, see all popular sites and eat all the local delicacies.
