We asked a cross-section of bloggers the below question.
Which blogger would you consider your biggest influence and why?
Here is what they had to say.
@parentaljourney
This may sound cheesy, but Neil Patel was my inspiration to start blogging. He taught me everything I need to know.
@flutteringme
One of the first bloggers that I started following was Emily from Cupcakes and Cashmere. I loved how varied her blog was, how visual the posts were and how short and snappy the content was. Every day was something different and also a different type of content than I normally have, so it’s a nice refreshing change to read.
@lulabellesomers
I try not to be influenced too much by others. I think inspired would be a more appropriate term for me. I guess the bloggers who have had the biggest ‘influence’ on me would be Pixiwoo and Tanya Burr. They are from the same area as me and have done really well for themselves.
@shell1207
I started blogging after getting hooked on Cherry Menlove’s blog. I loved seeing her homemaking, gardening and recipe posts. She blogs at cherrymenlove.com but not as often as she used to and I miss her blog posts!
@cindyladage
Tim Leffel offers a variety of blogs. He has successfully blogged and written travel advice that is savvy and to the point. Not only does he assist those wanting to dive into travel for those on a budget, he is also generous sharing advice with others. His Travel Writing 2.0 has been helpful to me and I am sure many others as well.

Lichi Pan. We all know her from Instagram but her blog “hellolichipan” is equally as amazing. I love her big, bright, dreamy photos. She really inspires me to travel and.. eat more haha!
@LetsStartNow18
Sprinkle of Glitter, because she is always promoting positivity even in the face of problems. She manages to keep making fun content all the time.

@midwifeandlife
Vicki from Honest Mum, I discovered her early on in my blogging career and love her style and how she’s continued to grow whilst still being true to herself.
@nazfel
The blogger that inspired me is Harsh Agarwal who writes for Shoutmeloud.com. When I started blogging, I had no idea what to do and how to do things. Harsh’s blog helped me a lot. He is an inspiration to so many new bloggers like me.
