PERK!ER Flakes are made from organic brown rice and buckwheat, with a low GI they provide slow release energy to keep you fuller for longer. PERK!ER Red Berry Flakes have added freeze dried strawberry and raspberry pieces; PERK!ER Fruity Flakes have juicy raisins, cranberries and apple pieces. Both are made from all natural ingredients, have 3% or less fat and are a great source of fibre too.
PERK!ER Porridges are made from gluten free oats, they are made from all natural ingredients, are high in fibre and provide slow release energy to keep you fuller for longer. PERK!ER Fruity Berry Flakes have added juicy raisins, cranberries; PERK!ER Apple, cinnamon & raisin have juicy raisins, apple and a sprinkling of cinnamon (this product is available in an oat free variety too, made with millet and buckwheat flakes); PERK!ER Gingerbread porridge has big chunks of gingerbread and juicy raisins.. yum!
PERK!ER porridges are available in boxes, and make delicious fruity mueslis and are a great base for flapjacks and crumble toppings too (for recipes www.perkier.co.uk/recipes) ; and in pots perfect for on the go, just add hot water and they’re ready in two minutes.
The full PERK!ER breakfast range is suitable for vegetarians, and apart from the PERK!ER porridge pots, they are dairy free too.

We’re happy to go cross-scape (we quite understand you could blog about football and be interested in gluten free food)… We just want to make sure you’ll share your findings, and get involved!
