Blend Consulting on behalf of Psychologies Magazine, UK
Please tell us about the product or company you would like the bloggers help with?
UK lifestyle magazine, Psychologies, has been revamped and will have a new look and feel from the December issue (in shops 1st November). The magazine is written for ‘life curious’ women who want to ‘know more and grow more’ and covers topics relevant to a broad range of women, such as self, family, relationships, emotional and physical wellbeing, careers, beauty, food, travel & culture.
What is the blogging assignment?
We are looking for bloggers to review the forthcoming edition in all its revamped glory and will send copies out (ahead of its publication on 1st November), at the end of this week for review between Monday 4th November and 30th November (as close to the 4th November as possible is preferred)
If you’re new to Psychologies, we’d love to hear what you think about the magazine and its content, and how you think it’s different to other lifestyle magazines (Psychologies prides itself on publishing genuinely interesting information that’s delivered in a non-patronising way, offering inspiration, motivation and definitely avoiding endless features about dieting!!). Or, if you are familiar with Psychologies, we’d love to hear what you think about the new look of the magazine. Or, you might simply find that one of the features in the issue we send has really inspired you, and want to share some thoughts about it with your readers.
We can also supply copies of the issue you are reviewing for reader giveaways on a first come, first served basis.
What type of blogs are you looking for?
We are looking for blogs written by females with a strong female following. Bloggers who will be interested in this assignment should already be writing about topics relevant to that covered in the magazine – lifestyle, life balance, self, happiness, emotional well-being, relationships, life coaching advice, careers and culture.
Preferred geographic location of the blogger:
How might you compensate the blogger?
Getting to keep the product
How else might you compensate the blogger?
You will receive a copy of the magazine (usually £3.80) free of charge and if you wish to run a giveaway for your readers, we can also supply copies for this purpose on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
We will be promoting blog posts via the Psychologies Facebook page and twitter feed. The Psychologies Facebook page has 111,000 very engaged fans and the twitter feed has 26,000 followers, so this project will be great exposure.
