The Aspinall Foundation is a registered charity that is actively involved with several projects that incorporate a diverse range of conservation activities both at their Kent based Howletts and Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks, in addition to well-established overseas projects in the Republic of Congo and Gabon and more recent developing projects in Indonesia and Madagascar. Our main spheres of conservation-based activity include captive breeding, education, ecosystem management, local community education projects, capacity building, habitat surveys and the rehabilitation of confiscated wild animals.
What is the blogging assignment?
TV’s very own animal-loving Paul O’Grady wants to know what your favourite animal is – and why!
We’ve got 3 FANTASTIC prizes to give away for the best answers captured on video.
Simply upload your 60-second (or under) clip to either the Port Lympne Reserve or Howletts Wild Animal Park Facebook page.
Paul can’t wait to hear from you!
We want to hear all about your favourite animal! All you need to do to be in with a chance of winning one of three great VIP prizes is:
1) Record a short video (60 seconds or less) telling us what your favorite animal is and why
2) Upload the video to either the Port Lympne or Howletts Facebook page
Each clip should be under a minute. While there are no age restrictions (we love big kids, too!), judges will favor entries from those aged 16 and under.
All entries should be uploaded to the Howletts Facebook page, or the Port Lympne Facebook page, along with the hashtag: #AnimalsRockComp.

We want to hear all about it, show us your best monkey face in a video 60 seconds or less and post to the Howletts or Port Lympne Facebook page to be in with a chance of winning a once in a lifetime safari experience.
