The 4th Office is on a mission to change the way the world works. We believe the old model of commuting, fixed hours and depressing uniform office space is totally outdated. The needs of society, family, children and our planet demand a better way to work that’s less costly on ourselves and resources, more productive and more fun! We help make that real by providing a workspace in the cloud – free for small companies. It gives you a place to get organised, store files, collaborate with others. It’s perfect for bloggers, freelancers, consultants or agencies – any of the new innovative companies that are powering the new Creative Economy.
What is the blogging assignment?
The assignment is to give your views on the 4th Office – we want to hear how you think it might help with modern creative workers -especially entrepreneurs and start-ups – possibly like yourselves! We love input and ideas on new features – this is about creating communities and collaboration, and workspaces in the cloud that don’t need bricks, create congestion, and mean we can see more of our loved ones, while at the same time focussing on the stuff that matters.
As it’s International Women’s Day this month (8 March) – we also want to hear your ideas on how by creating cloud working communities through the 4th Office can benefit the growing sector of female entrepreneurs and creative workers, a sector we believe is critical to our society and economy.
What type of blogs are you looking for?
We believe in creating a movement, changing the world for the better and inspiring change. Ultimately the more people that try it out, and use the 4th Office then hopefully the more success they will have and we can create momentum that will change the way people think about work.
We want to get people excited about trying out the 4th Office (www.4thoffice.com) – whether they want to use it to do work, organise their mates around a charity event or a big party, create an intranet in a larger company, convince their boss to let them work from home more or help them build their freelance work.
