We (TwoBlue Communications, property PR and Digital Marketing agency) are posting this assignment on behalf of our client Fizzy Living, a London renting organisation who are reinventing renting by not using agents, providing flexible virtual viewings, offering pet-friendly flats and buildings, as well as hosting social events for tenants, and landlords that you can actually get on with.

For instance, 5-a-side landlord v tenants football tournaments, roof terrace yoga and block parties are regulars on the Fizzy calendar!

What is the blogging assignment?

We would like you to write a sponsored post for Fizzy Living expressing the thoughts of the young professional in London in relation to the rental market at the moment, as well what you personally look for in your rented home.

Hassle free living for rentysomethings in London shouldn’t be as hard to achieve as it is. The uncertainty of the housing market that followed Brexit and the snap election has meant that the entire property industry is in a sort of wavering hiatus and, actually, renting could become more attractive than buying, particularly for would-be first-time buyers and non-UK nationals living in London.

We’d really like to hear your views on this, as a rentysomething Londoner yourself.

Fizzy Living is hugely popular with young professionals and expats as its process is so user-friendly, with transparent costings that include all bills, free superfast wifi, welcoming pets, and most importantly, the onsite property managers, or as Fizzy calls them, Bobs, who are there to ensure you rent completely stress-free. The Bobs do everything a concierge would offer and so much more; they’re young, fun and friendly, and are a big part of the reason Fizzy gets excellent customer service awards time and time again.

Fizzy’s newest location in Walthamstow includes a communal workspace designed specifically to cater to entrepreneurs and people who work from home, promoting collaboration and inspiring professional and creative communities that support each other.

What type of blogs are you looking for?

We’re looking for bloggers based in London either currently or until recently renting. It would be great if the blogger also fit Fizzy’s existing resident demographic as this will no doubt resonate with the target audience – Fizzy’s tenants are usually aged between 25-35, love London and have an active social life. Many of them are also pet owners who work from home; entrepreneurs, freelancers and consultants.

It would be interesting to hear about the bloggers’ own experience of renting in London and how they feel organisations like Fizzy will change the opinions of many rentysomethings who perhaps aren’t ready to buy a home, but aren’t happy with a lot of other London rentals and their landlords either.

Fizzy love hosting parties and would be keen to invite the blogger to join them, take a look around the flats and even interview the Managing Director and leadership team at Fizzy HQ.
