Live chat is an established method of increasing conversion rates and customer happiness, encouraging visitors to get in touch with website owners as soon as they don’t understand something, or if they have a problem. By answering visitor’s questions while they’re still browsing the website, the visitor is unlikely to visit a competitor’s site or seek assistance elsewhere – a win for the visitor, and a big win for the website owner.
TrackChat (http://track-chat.com) makes it incredibly easy to add live chat to websites, with only a small snippet of code to add, much like setting up Google Analytics.
What is the blogger assignment?
We are seeking independent reviews from bloggers whose audience features website owners. It’s not a problem if your audience typically has small or unknown websites, just as long as TrackChat will be relevant to them.
Bloggers should review the service, focussing on how live chat can help website owners and visitors work together so that both sides win.
One of the biggest problems website owners face is getting visitors to get in touch when they have an issue. We’ve put together a brief blog post outlining one of the ways TrackChat really helps in this area here: http://track-chat.com/blog/
Feel free to take ideas and images from the existing site.
What type of blogs are you looking for?:
TrackChat has many potential applications, whether it’s online shops, service providers (we count marketing angencies and events organisers amongst our current clients), or other online tools; if a website involves selling to, or supporting people, they can benefit from TrackChat’s live chat solution.
