Brett Bannister, Managing Director at SportsShoes says:
“People are increasingly using gyms and running clubs for socialising as well as doing something active and, as with any other area of life, want to present themselves in the best way they can. There are currently some very positive messages around fitness out there; in the media you’re just as likely to see a picture of a celebrity working out in a park as falling out of a nightclub drunk. We think it’s fabulous, because we want our customers to live a healthier life through sport.
There are some fantastic advancements in sportswear technology such as clothing compression, shape wear and insulation. SportsShoes.com has seen a real spike in sales of performance footwear and clothing. The brands we stock put emphasis on kit that is built to look good and perform well. What’s wrong with having it all? Brands like Nike, New Balance, Adidas and Saucony all combine comfort and performance and protection in kit that looks good.
Everything we sell has a technical performance story otherwise it doesn’t make it through our doors. We have over 9,000 technical running and fitness products on the site and we’ve got something for everyone at all price points – from the best latest releases down to entry level product for those just starting their fitness journey.”
What is the blogging assignment?
We understand that it can be slightly harder to motivate yourself to achieve your fitness goals as daylight hours start getting shorter and the weather is colder and wetter. To encourage you to continue working out, be that running, going to the gym or joining a variety of fitness classes, we’d like to offer you sports kit to review (to the value of £90).
This autumn we have a range of exciting new gear that will keep you warm and dry as well as adding a splash of colour to your day. The range is available here: www.sportsshoes.com/running.
Do get in touch if you’re interested in writing a post about your journey to fitness this autumn/winter.
