What is the blogging assignment?
Would you be interested in writing an article for BuildFire as part of a series which is all about email marketing? Our main target audience is SME’s. I’ve broken the series down and would like a piece written on the importance of planning ahead and creating engaging content for email marketing. I’ve bullet pointed what I’d like you to be covered within this article but feel free to change as you see fit.
– Why strategy should be a priority for email marketing
– Delivering relevant messages
– What to consider when email planning
– Focus on long term engagement
– Produce relevant content
– Balance the content to be X% educational and X% promotional
– Any rules on what content should be included e.g. 2:1:1
Below I’ve included what the rest of the series looks like so we don’t duplicate content.

– The importance of the subject line

– How to create engaging content

– How to spend less than an hour on email marketing
