Today’s ‘Daily Favourites‘ post is a little different to my usual posts, but I thought I’d mix it up for a change! I know nowadays there are so many different diets out there, but for me, going dairy-free is more about listening to my body, it’s needs and what it doesn’t like.

One of my favourite things in the world is a creamy tea, but  unfortunately this comes at a price! If I have too much dairy, it can play havoc on my skin,  being very prone to acne around the chin area… And let’s be honest! – Who wants that!? 

I have worked my way through most dairy alternatives; oat milk, almond, hazelnut – to name a few! I tend to find just coconut milk alone, can be quite heavy on my stomach but this recent discovery is SO GOOD. I recently took a trip to the local super market and came across a carton of something new. It has the aroma of the coconut, but the creaminess of the almonds.  If you see it about the shops, it’s definitely worth a try!
