Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
Mix the vegetable cube, rosemary since, chilli pepper, garlic sprinkles and sprinkle some water to the mixture.
Slighting slice across each steak and rub equal amounts of the mixture on the chops then wrap them in foil paper and place in the oven for an hour / until done to your liking.
On a non stick pan , heat the coconut oil and lightly fry the trimmed green beans and sprinkle some salt , garlic flakes and chilli flakes ( you can also steam the beans if you don’t want them fried). (5-10 mins). I like mine crunchy.
Add tomatoes to the pan and immediately turn cooker off and cover.
Once all is cooked,
Serve hot and enjoy!
