OK! OK! So the chocolate of choice adds a few more calories, but I’d still much rather be snacking on these, than feeling bad for stuff my face on cookies!!

I use to buy dark chocolate covered rice cakes (before there was a lot more gluten/wheat free things on the market). They’re not too expensive, but you can buy a whole bag of rice cakes for £2/3, and can have some fun topping them with whatever you like!

Today we have:

  • 50/50 Milk & Dark Chocolate
  • Marshmallows
  • Walnuts
  • Almonds
  • Coconut

You also get to lick the spoon after melting the chocolate :-p
