My favourite product in this months Glossybox was the Nip + Fab Glycolic scrub as it really scrubbed/cleansed my skin and I felt really fresh after using. I can’t believe I’ve never tried a NIP + FAB product before, as I seem to be hearing about them everywhere lately, I’ve just never got around to actually trying them. Now I know their products work really well for my skin I will definitely buy further products from the brand in the future.
This scrub had lots of little micro beads which I could feel getting into every inch of my skin which explains why my face felt so fresh and smooth after. It has a citrus scent which is really refreshing.
Also in the box:
- Novex Mystic Black Deep Hair Mask- Still need to try, doh! RRP: £11.95
- Laritzy CosmeticsShade Stix – Bronzer & cream contour RRP: £18.00
- Gatineau Eye Make Up Remover | This done the trick, and removed my make up easily, especially my eye make up which is what it’s for. However I usually use Garnier Micellar water to remove my make up or wipes for sensitive skin for a fraction of the price, so personally I wouldn’t pay full price for this product.RRP: £21
- MONU SKIN Line Smoothing Eye Cool Gel | My eyes always look tired so I liked how fresh this product made them feel, and it did reduce the appearance of the lines under my eyes. RRP: £24.95
Birchbox June 2018
£10 P/M + £2.95 Postage

The full size version is £24.50 and as a budget beauty buyer, even I would say this is worth it. I’m new to pore minimising products and never knew so many existed until recently. I love the shimmer effect that this has, and the way it feels on my skin. The texture is so silky soft! I didn’t notice a dramatic improvement on the appearance of my pores but I could see the change.
Ella Eden London eyeshadow – As always I had a choice from Birchbox this month and this time it was for which shade of eyeshadow I wanted to go for so I chose faith. RRP: £12.99
No4 Hair Smoothing Balm – I’ve tried this brand before so I knew it would probably work for me. It helped to tame my flyaways and keep my hair under control without changing the texture of it too much. RRP: £24.50
Polaar 30 UVA Velvety Sun Fluid – I’ve not tried this yet, but I will update when I do! RRP: £25
Amika Bombshell Blowout Spray- This normally retails at £14.99. This product can be used on wet or dry hair which is handy. I tried it after towel drying my hair and before blowdrying and I noticed it added a little bit of volume to my roots. I noticed there wasn’t really any smell to this product which I found slightly odd as I’m used to everything being fragranced. I found this product okay but when it’s used up, I don’t think I will go on to purchase the full size.
