– Wearing actual clothes, not pyjamas or yoga pants, it helps me focus
– Sitting at the table or my desk, so I’m not slouching on the sofa
– Having coffee right next to me
– Having a notebook with a basic outline of what I want to achieve while sitting down
– Switching my phone onto Do Not Disturb. No distractions!
