Aswell as all the above features the Naipo Shiatsu Back Massage Cushion looks great and blends in nicely to its surroundings as it is all black with the small exception of some blue located on the on/off button aswell as the M button. The material is all very nice giving great comfort. The device is very well made and I am very impressed.. I can’t fault it, only praise.. i love it!
Device operation is simple making this Shiatsu Back Massage Cushion a breeze to use which I also love about it. The device has an on/off button as well as a M button as you can see in the above picture.
On/off Button – Pressing this once turns on all the lights and the device works with kneading and heating.
After 1 minute the kneading function will switch to thai step massage.
From here on, the two massage modes will automatically switch 1 minute apart.
Pressing the button again will turn all the lights off and heating function will stop.
Long pressing the button will turn off the device.
The M button – You can press this button to switch to thai step massage when all massage modes are doing kneading massage.. and vice versa, when all massage modes are doing thai step massage you can press the M button to switch to kneading massage.

The movement of the balls are just incredible and I always feel simply completely relaxed and refreshed after use. It feels just like having a massage, relaxing, firm but not too firm. The heating is lovely, not too hot just lovely and warming.. a real treat!!!
