We’ve all been there before – Indulged in periods of unhealthy junk treats and when reality kicks in and the pounds pile up, we wish we could reverse time and get back to our healthy selves.

I will be sharing some of the many ways I get myself back on track when I feel like my diet needs a fresh start.
