Ingredients 1 Tbsp Karob Powder 1 Banana 1/2 Avocado 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts Milk of choice – (I like to use Almond Milk – Add until you reach desired consistency) Method Add the Karob powder, banana, avocado, nuts and milk. Top it off with 4 to 5 ice cubes for an extra-thick ice cold smoothie. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses, travel mug or cup. Ready! Love ❤️ Follow Me!
