If you’ve been following my blog, you know I do not write reviews. Why not?
I am picky.
Picky, picky, picky about items I endorse. It takes a lot to impress me. 🙂
This month, I will review great products I love. Yes, I said love. I would never bother writing a review for a product I disliked, or for a product I would not purchase or use myself.
Sponsored posts? I would only accept it if I believed in the company and its products.
My review would also only be my honest opinion on the product. I like taking the direct, honest approach to anything and everything I do.
Too many bloggers out there are reviewing anything and everything. Hey, not judging. That might work for them, for whatever reasons, personal, financial, etc. All I am saying is that’s not for me.
That said, I received a free gift from Red Candy in exchange for writing a review on my blog.
Do I need to remind you that all opinions are entirely my own? LOL. Didn’t think so.
So, now that that’s clear, let me get back to my review. 🙂
As a busy bee and now a first-time mom, I am an organizer extraordinaire!
I love to organize, plan and make things happen. I cannot work in a disorganized space! It makes my head spin.
I wrote a post about decluttering your digital world. Living in a clutter free world allows you increased productivity, more free time in your day and gives you a sense of freedom. Clutter free need not stop in the four walls of your home.
Your office space should be clutter free as well so you can make the most of your work day without feeling unnecessary overwhelm.
So imagine my delight when Red Candy offered to send me my choice of any of their quirky homeware products.
I decided on two products I knew would fit in great in my home and office.
The Cactus Desktop Office Organizer (of course lol) and the Papa Peropon Drinking Animal Planter – Cat.
I had the perfect plant for the animal planter, but unfortunately the planter was out of stock. As soon as it is back in July, it will be sent over. Yayyy!
A week after talking to the rep from Red Candy, I came home from work and the package from the UK had arrived! Yayyyy!!! My desktop office organizer was here. Yup, it’s those little things in life that make me happy.
The box was nicely packaged….
Not a large box so easy to move about or wrap as a gift…
Here it is when opened….
You know how your desk can get messy and chaotic with lots of little bits and pieces such as paper clips, staples, coins etc?
Well you can tidy those away with the cactus desktop office organizer.
Plus point? The arms are magnetic so just tidy away those little items like I have.
How cute is this?
Cactus not your style? Get the pineapple version in green or pink!
I love having colour in my office, so come to think of it, I should have gotten the pineapple for myself too.
Two of these is definitely better than one as you can keep pens and pencils in one, and higlighters and markers in the other.
If you are into colourful vibrant quirky products for your home and/or office, check out the rest of the home office accessories. I am sure you will find something you can put to good use. There are great items for everyone.
I have embraced a minimalist lifestyle so these products fit right into my minimalist interior and decor.
If organization and stationery are not your thing, gift this to someone who would appreciate it.
To top it all off? The prices are absolutely amazing and affordable!
Need fast shipping? Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends, are dispatched the following working day. What more could you ask for?
You can view the full range of desktop organizers available on the Red Candy website.
Three more fun items I love:
Let me know what you think, what is your favourite, which would you buy for yourself or gift to family or friends?

More reviews on the blog next week!
Come back to see what other products I am loving!
Have a great day!
