Here at Give as you Live Online, we’ve helped our members turn their ordinary online shopping into an extraordinary £15 million in charitable donations.
Our platform supports over 200k UK charities and has over 5,500 retail partners that members can shop with to raise money.
It’s as simple as a click – you just need to select the retailer from our comprehensive store directory and we’ll do the rest, adding the donation to the members account when the purchase is complete.
Give as you Live Online works for three simple reasons:
✔️ It’s simple – it takes new members just a couple of minutes to register, select their chosen charity and start raising.
✔️ It’s sustainable – Donations are free and don’t cost our members anything.
✔️ It’s inclusive – Unlike other kinds of fundraising, our platform doesn’t require members to do anything heroic or extraordinary. Anyone can do it.
Making a difference
Help us continue to raise donations for charities all across the country by spreading the word about Give as you Live Online and encouraging new members to join our community.
What is the blogging assignment?
We are looking for bloggers to support awareness and new member signups in our community. Ultimately we need more people to understand how easy it is to turn their ordinary online shopping into donations for charity.
So the blogging task is simple, either write an article about a cause you love and how Give as you Live can be used to raise donations for them or prepare a more general post on the extraordinary way our platform can help a charity of your choice.
Both approaches would work for us.
Ideally, we would like this content to be uniquely written to be relevant to your blogging audience. Our website has a raft of content you can lean upon to prepare this article – the pages below can support you with relevant content:
With Christmas just around the corner and Black Friday deals imminent, new members can transform money spent on gifting online and seasonal food shopping with ease. Our new Christmas page provides a raft of ideas for a great post around this topic.
Our handy Donation Reminder tool is really useful to support members to find the stores offering donations whilst researching in Google. And of course, we have an App solution that supports shopping on mobile devices.
It is also worth noting at this point that Members can raise bigger donations when they book travel online, switch energy providers, buy any insurance product or even when they buy for business.
What type of blogs are you looking for?
We are looking for posts on blogs with good readership within the UK. Our typical members are slightly older and fit the normal profile of a charity supporter – so blogs that fit this audience are perfect.
But, we do think the younger generations would be ideal to learn about us and our platform abilities to generate charitable donations.
Obviously, blogs that are writing gift guides for Christmas, review products and support their audience to shop online are ideal to join together with the “raise donations while you shop” message from Give as you Live Online.
