Magnesium is a crucial mineral for both sports performance, as well as overall health, however, an estimated 70% of adults are thought to be magnesium deficient.
What is the blogging assignment/job?
The New Year marks a refocusing on health, with many people making resolutions to be healthier in 2019.
This January we will be focusing on Keeping Your Body in Balance.
With this campaign, we want to educate people on the benefits of magnesium for overall health and wellbeing.
Magnesium is responsible for over 300 biochemical reactions within the body, making it one of the most essential nutrients we require.
A magnesium-rich body will be stronger, more flexible and better able to resist both physical and emotional stress. Its presence ensures our cells can repair and detox, so a sufficient amount is fundamental for a healthy functioning body.
We are looking for bloggers to write about keeping your body in balance – nutritionally, physically and mentally, incorporating the benefits of magnesium to aid a balanced lifestyle.
We will provide you with a bundle of products from our Magnesium range, including; Magnesium Oil Original spray, Magnesium Gel, Magnesium Flakes, Magnesium Lotion and Magnesium Body Butter. These can be reviewed by yourself or given away as a prize. Information on magnesium and the products will be provided.
