Gamely was born when its founder Hazel created a game so hilarious that she managed to lure her 12-year-old sister away from her beloved iPad. She combined the best bits of her favourite games with a random twist to create Randomise – the family-friendly game that’s guaranteed to make you giggle. Seeing how Randomise brought people together, she decided to start selling it and it proved to be rather popular! Now there are crazy monkeys playing the drums, nervous racoons skydiving and even happy pigs doing the hula in tens of thousands of homes all over the world. Hooray!
Today, with a whole host of family-friendly games to their name, including Soundiculous, The Pretender, Jibbergiggle, Frozen Unicorns, Soundiculous Kids and A Little More Conversation, Gamely’s motto is to have fun and do good! As well as creating awesome original games that help people spend more quality time laughing together, Gamely plants 10 trees for each one it uses and gives away 10% of profits and 1000s of games to good causes.
The products we’d love your help with are noted below – please choose which one you would like to review.
A Little More Conversation. Players: 2-8 Age: 8+ Mins: 15+
A Little More Conversation isn’t a game! It is our newest product and we are in love with it. A Little More Conversation contains hundreds of questions about life split across five categories that get families, friends and couples sharing and laughing together. The questions have been carefully crafted to start with lighter subjects and build to things that are a little deeper. You can spend a few minutes or a few hours using it and it’s aim is to help people have feel-good conversations with people they know and love or even total strangers.
Soundiculous Kids. Players: 2+ Age: 3-7 Mins: 10+
Soundiculous Kids is our gloriously silly, family-friendly party game of ridiculous sounds but tailored to children. The Aim of the game is simple – make ridiculous sounds and guess what ridiculous sounds other players are making. As opposed to the standard version of Soundiculous, the cards in Soundiculous Kids include illustrations alongside the word, allowing for children as young as three to join in the fun! We think Soundiculous Kids is one of those rare and beautiful things – a game that is fun for both children and adults.
