In a nutshell the Ketogenic diet is a low carb, high fat, zero sugar diet.

I discovered the Ketogenic diet Spring 2017 when I was looking into foods that claim to reverse aging, burn belly fat, give you more energy, help you sleep better… etc etc etc

I honestly never thought that I would find a solution to what I was researching. But I did! And whats more, the solution is so simple!

The Ketogenic Diet gets it’s name from the word ketosis. Ketosis is a state the body enters when it turns fat into Ketones for energy.

Dr Berg is a doctor from Virginia, USA who has a plethora of informational videos on the ketogenic diet and the science behind its success available for you to watch online and a number of online mini-courses available also.

We have been on the journey as a family from eating the wrong foods constantly to eating great food for fuel. All 5 of us have benefited from this way of eating and I strongly urge everyone to see what it can do for them.
